Karun enables teams to offload rendering, processing, or any custom task to distributed pools of machines across cloud or on-premise environments. It supports everything from single-step jobs to complex, multi-stage workflows, making it a powerful engine for creative and technical pipelines alike.

Users can define job graphs with task dependencies, attach custom scripts, and control how and where tasks are executed. Karun integrates seamlessly with the RiverX Connect DCC plugin and RiverX Flow desktop app, making it easy to submit and manage jobs directly from production tools. All job activity can be monitored in real time through the RiverX Delta portal.
